2020 Season Update & Tentative Game Schedule

The past few months we have been at a standstill as we wait for guidelines from our state, league, township and school leaders on how youth football and cheer can proceed in this COVID-19 climate. We are encouraged by the lifting of Michigan’s Stay at Home Order and a recent release from the MHSAA. We are hopeful will be able to share more information soon on what the 2020 season will look like.

The WSJFL has released a *tentative* schedule for the 2020 season with 3 crossover games with the MYFCC league. Our home opener will be against the Plymouth Canton Steelers! Here is the tentative schedule:

Rochester Redskins GOLD at LIONS
SAT. 9-26
LIONS @ Westland Meteors
SUN. 10-4

LIONS @ Westland Comets
SUN. 10-18
Dearborn Heights Redskins @ LIONS
